User Experience Strategy

Next, we worked on making the website easy to navigate. We focused on:

‍Logical Flow: Creating a clear path for users to find services and make inquiries. We created wireframes to outline the layout of key pages:

‍Resources Section: A place for articles and guides, establishing the brand as a trusted source. We then moved to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

‍Usability Testing: We tested the prototypes with real users to get feedback on navigation and content clarity.

‍Feedback Highlights: Users liked the clear navigation but wanted more images to break up text-heavy sections. Many found the calls to action compelling but suggested clearer descriptions of the services. We made adjustments to improve the design based on this feedback.

Final Design and Implementation

Once the design was finalized, we created a style guide for developers to follow. We made sure that:
